Can I apply for multiple installations?
We recommend you to submit multiple applications only if there is a clear difference in terms of the technical and business use cases, audiences served, geolocations under test and application types to be tested on the Tidal Wave 5G LAN. In most conditions, given limited product availability, we will approve a single free trial installation per end customer deployment.
How do I provide feedback during the free of charge Proof of Value trial?
We will use the weekly check-in meetings led by our field engineering teams to gather your feedback. Topics would range from specific product features to requests for usability enhancements, and other items highlighted in a joint test plan.
Who can participate in Tidal Wave's free of charge Proof of Value program?
We expect IT professionals to submit the request on behalf of end customer environments within the enterprise segment, while they might be representing managed service providers and enterprise IT channel partners.
Is the data discovered during the free of charge Proof of Value program confidential ?
It is required that the relevant hardware and software should not be deployed within facilities and systems you don't directly control. As covered by the evaluation agreement, it is required that you do not share information about the installation publicly and discuss its findings with other organizations.
